At Electro Muscular Stimulation (EMS), electrodes are placed on various parts of the body (global EMS) or only on a muscle (local EMS). These electrodes are connected to a device that sends electrical impulses to the muscles. The electrical impulses are adjusted to an intensity and frequency. By causing muscle contractions, the muscles are trained and body corrections are performed. Do you want to burn fat faster and build muscles? Then electrostimulation is definitely something for you.
A lymphatic drainage treatment, also known as pressotherapy, is a treatment that stimulates the natural blood circulation and lymphatic flow. This helps to better eliminate excess fluid and waste products. You benefit from pressotherapy if you have difficulty losing weight and/or maintaining weight, experience cellulite and/or poor circulation, and when you retain a lot of fluid and waste products.
Cavitation is a new, non-surgical treatment method to remove fat deposits in problem areas such as the buttocks and abdomen. With a cavitation treatment (slimming method), fatty acids and waste products are removed from the body using high-frequency sound waves. The treatments are non-invasive, painless, and take up little time. The biggest advantage of cavitation treatments? You slim down in the desired areas.
Before the treatment starts, we discuss your goals and measure your dimensions at various locations. If desired, we take before photos, which is definitely recommended. You prepare for the treatments by wearing comfortable sportswear and drinking 1 liter of water beforehand. The treatments of the dreambody package are performed simultaneously with three devices. The session takes place every week for five weeks. After each treatment, you drink another 1 liter of water to help flush out toxins from your body faster and prevent any potential side effects. Additionally, you can resume your daily activities.
The dreambody package consists of 5 sessions. You will see immediate results after the first session.
The amount of weight and centimeters you will lose cannot be stated precisely. Everyone is unique, of course. On average, you can lose between 2 and 10 kilograms and 2 up to 20 centimeters.
The advice is to engage in at least 30 minutes of physical activity every day.
You don't have to go on a strict diet, but we do recommend eating healthily and diversely. Additionally, it's always good to drink at least 2 liters of water per day.
